Project Manager


We are looking for a Project Manager to launch and lead our business into the Otago region.

We are looking for a Project Manager to launch our business into the Otago region. You will have the opportunity to build and lead a team that creates hundreds of beautiful outdoor living spaces for families each year.

  • You will have the backing of a sales and customer support team to help you win with our customers. 
  • You will have a training support manager and regular interaction with nationwide teams, to help you grow the capability of your team.

Our core products to solve the unused deck and patio problem consists of;

Note: We are currently working with suppliers of balustrading, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, heating and lighting for installation, as well as an online store, to help people complete and accessorize their outdoor spaces.


You are a key driver of culture in this team. Clarity and confidence will help to propel the team forward, resulting in the best quality products and installs for customers.

Your responsibilities will include;


Client rapport and satisfaction:
  • Personable and approachable nature  
  • Direct communication with customer, including face to face conversations and phone calls


Workshop / yard:
  • The maintenance, cleanliness and organization of the company, workshop, yard and storage spaces are your responsibility
  • Ensuring shared equipment, including van, tools and associated gear, is kept in good condition


Quality control:
  • Maintaining an excellent level of installation finish (no scratches, dents, bows etc in finished product)  
Installation of product:
  • Ability to install the products we offer, with roofs and blinds
Logistics management: 
  • Physical collection of installation kits, prior to start of installation 
  • Organised removal of rubbish and scraps from each site
Job reconciliation:
  • Ensuring quoted hours are adhered to for each project


  • Previous experience in the construction industry is advantageous. Similar experience in other areas will be an advantage
  • Onsite training will be provided


Salary and Bonuses: $100k+ OTE (uncapped earning potential)
