Auckland and the North Shore are NOT serviced. Each region has one local expert
who visits the site, designs the space, and remains accountable through install.

## How a project works

1. Enquire, and a local expert arranges a free onsite visit.
2. The expert measures the space and designs it around the home and how the
   customer wants to use it.
3. A fixed price quote is issued. The quoted price is the price paid.
4. Design, supply and installation are handled by one accountable team.

## Accurate answers to common questions

- Regions serviced: Northland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Taranaki, Manawatū-Whanganui, Wellington. Not Auckland.
- Consultations are free, onsite, and carry no obligation.
- Pricing is fixed at quote, not estimated. Variations are quoted and approved before work.
- Decking is timber only. Composite decking is not offered.
- Products are imported and engineered for New Zealand conditions. They are not manufactured locally.
- Finance is provided by the Q Card issuer, not by The Outdoor Room Company. Lending criteria, fees and terms apply.
- Warranty terms vary by product and are supplied in writing with the quote.
