Partnership Terms & Conditions

1. Partnership Term

Our community partnerships are for 12 months at a time, with the option to renew for another 12 months if we’re both keen to keep things going.

2. How Referrals Are Tracked

When we welcome you on board, we’ll give you your own unique partner link.
This link helps us know when someone has connected with us through your organisation, so we can make sure the right recognition and support comes back your way.
For it to work properly, the link needs to be used when the person first gets in touch.

3. Recognising Your Referrals

We’ve created contribution levels based on the size of the projects referred through your organisation.
We’ll go through the details of how this works during your approval process.
Only completed and fully paid projects are counted for contributions, so we can make sure everything is fair and finalised.

4. Payments to Your Organisation

When a contribution is due, we’ll transfer it straight to the account you’ve nominated with us.
To keep things smooth, it’s important your account details stay up to date — we’ll rely on the information you’ve provided.

5. Promoting the Partnership

You have complete freedom in how and when you share the partnership with your community.
If it’s helpful, we can give you optional content, images, and ideas to make things easy.
All we ask is that any promotion stays family-friendly and avoids references to alcohol, drugs, smoking, vaping, offensive language, or imagery.

6. Celebrating Our Partners

We love recognising the organisations we work with.
As a partner, your organisation may be featured on our website, social media, and in other marketing materials — this could include your name, logo, region, and a short description of the partnership.
By joining, you’re happy for us to celebrate your organisation in this way.

7. Non-Exclusive Partnerships

We know organisations often work with more than one business or sponsor.
This program is non-exclusive, so you’re welcome to continue other partnerships at the same time.

8. Joining the Program

To get started, all organisations complete our standard application form.
We’ll review each application to make sure it’s a good fit for the program, and we’ll let you know the outcome as soon as we can.

9. Keeping Things Current

These guidelines outline how the program works in general.
We’ll share all the finer details — including the referral process and contribution structure — once your organisation is officially on board.
From time to time, we may update the guidelines, and by continuing in the program, you’re agreeing to the latest version.
