My wife and I purchased the new custom design deck roof from The Outdoor Room Company in Whangarei. It was a great buying experience though to the installation and completion of this job. The Sales Manager Joshua made the sale experience very customer focused while Dan the Project Manager delivered the roof project perfect, nothing was a problem with any design issues from the factory. I love my outdoor flat roof. It provides shelter from rain and UV while letting plenty of light through. No need to put up an umbrella under the roof like I see my friends needing to do with their glass roofs. The install team did a superb job, taking care to get it set up right. We needed a couple of follow up visits and they were equally handled efficiently special mention of Ashley for the organising and Adam for executing the follow up jobs. ..

This is the second roof weve had installed by the Outdoor Room Company. Its a great product. Huge thanks to Dan, Steve and the team for a brilliant job, nice to have such a great bunch of people onsite. We found them to be extremely knowledgeable of the product, took pride in their work and worked together to find the best solutions to any minor issues that arose. We are very happy with our roof and have since ordered the outdoor furniture.

Caleb and his team did an incredible job installing our outdoor roof. It keeps us cool in the sunshine and provides shade, unlike the acrylic, glass or PVC roofing options. It simultaneously still allows light into the house. High quality at a fair price. The team are friendly and professional. They work efficiently and cleaned up well once done. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend, you are missing a beat if you dont use these guys. We will be back in touch with the team to get the weather proof curtains done ahead of Winter. Fantastic Hamilton crew. From the first consult with Ash who discussed products and measured up to the install crew of Adam and Vin, it was fantastic experience. I naively thought my flat roof would go up in a few hours but due to the attention to detail, care and quality product, it was two days. Absolutely stoked with the roof that has been installed. It looks like it has been there since day 1. Colour scheme on point and matches the house. Inital consultation was easy and samples were appreciated. It was also good that their office in Whangārei has one built so you can actually see it. Thank you Outdoor Room Team for building us a wonderful outside space which looks amazing. It fits onto our new home perfectly. It is smart , aesthetically pleasing and practically just what we wanted. The roof shades us from the sun and protects the outdoor furniture from the rain , The blinds are easy to use, also providing protection from the sun and rain and they are transparent enough for us to look at our beautuful view of the surrounding countryside. The colours blend in perfectly with our new house. The team has been efficient with attention to detail and good communication. A great job in spite of the unpredicatable weather. The Outdoor Room Company have been wonderful to deal with from start to finish. They are responsive, knowledgeable, had attention to detail, considerate, went the extra mile, left the site very tidy, and were patient with our dogs that found tradies onsite a bit too exciting. Theyve created 2 extra living spaces we can now use that we never utilised before, and both roofs have lowered the stifling summer heat in our house much to our relief, without blocking the natural light. Ive just had a Flat Roof installed over my deck on an old state house in Hamilton. The final result is outstanding. I had a few quotes from other companies but it was the design and look of their flat roof that suited the age of the house. Modern connected with old. It completely changes the rear of the house, adds value and means outdoor living will now be year round. I wish Id done this years ago. Ashley and his 2 hard working installers, Adam and Lewis were amazing. They were able to problem solve the unique challenges of an 80 yr old house and installation only took 2 days. So far so good. Were through the first stage of the project with the roof now installed, on time and on budget. Next stage is the delivery and installation of the mesh walls. At this stage, we cannot speak highly enough of The Outdoor Room Company team. The communication has been great and everyone weve come into contact with, both onsite and on the other end of the phone, has been a real pleasiure to deal with. The team is very thorough, but not too technical for a visual person like me. Daniel visited us onsite to talk us through the best options and design for our space so it was easy to visualise and make decisions. The onsite installation team Steve, Richard and Mike worked efficiently really professional, with a good sense of humour thrown in. The roof installation was over two days, real perfectionists and very tidy. Already the roof has made a huge difference to our outdoor living space. No more getting wet when trying to barbecue and a nice sheltered seating area to enjoy afterwork cocktails.
