Hi, I was really pleased with my roof but a month after installation, we had persistent rain and I discovered it leaks. While Im not overconcerned about this, I am not pleased that my emails and phone calls have been ignored. Poor after service. My huge apologies, Dan and Damon. I wasnt aware Brent had left and so my messages werent being received. Thank you for your call and I look forward to seeing you on Thursday. By the way, it really is only a drip and doesnt stop me loving my new outdoor space. I was thinking of deleting my first review but actually thought it was better to leave it and show how quickly everything has been rectified..
