The TORC Sport Partnership Programme (“TORC Sport”) is operated by Dow Enterprises Limited, trading as The Outdoor Room Company. Throughout this document, references to TORC Sport, The Outdoor Room Company, or TORC all mean Dow Enterprises Limited.

By registering, your sports club agrees to the following terms:

1. Partnership Term

The TORC Sport Partnership Programme runs for a 12-month term.
At the end of each term, your club can choose to renew for another 12 months.
The agreement will be immediately terminated if either TORC or your club ceases to exist, or is sold.

2. Referral Tracking & Contributions

• All contributions are linked to your club’s unique TORC Sport link.
• This link must be used at the time of enquiry for your club to qualify.
• If a referral is not tracked through the official system, it will not be eligible.
• You can do as much or as little promotion as you like, and your club will receive funding based on any sales that are made through your link.

3. Contribution Value Bands

• Contribution amounts are tied to the total value of the completed project (including GST).
• Only projects that are completed and fully paid qualify for contributions.
• The contribution table/amount is valid for the current financial year

4. Payments

• Payments are made by bank transfer to the nominated club account.
• Payments will be processed within 30 days of the qualifying project being fully paid.

5. Club Responsibilities

• Clubs agree to share their unique TORC Sport link with members, families, and supporters.
• Clubs should promote the link in good faith, but there is no obligation to push sales.
• Clubs may not alter, misrepresent, or create their own versions of TORC Sport promotions.

6. Use of Club Branding

• By joining, clubs give TORC Sport permission to display their club name and logo as a registered partner on TORC Sport marketing channels.
• Clubs can withdraw this permission at any time by providing written notice.

7. Termination

• Either party may withdraw from the programme with 30 days’ written notice.
• The agreement is also automatically terminated if either TORC or the club ceases to exist, or is sold.
• If withdrawn, any outstanding contributions for projects already completed will still be honoured.

8. Updates to Terms

• TORC Sport may update these terms from time to time.
• Clubs will be notified of any major changes in writing, though TORC reserves the right to amend contribution amounts without notice.

In short: Your club chooses how much you promote, you earn funding from any tracked sales, and TORC handles all the admin.‍
