Yes, it can be installed over existing decks, patios, or paved areas, whether as a freestanding structure or attached to your home via fascia or wall mounts.
If you don't have a deck yet, we can do that too!
The flat roof is able to handle up to Very High wind zones, which covers a majority of New Zealand. Every customer's wind zone is checked during consultation and the zone is taken into consideration for design purposes.
The roof can span up to 4.5 metres unsupported, with the option to go wider using additional beams or posts, depending on your layout and requirements.
Absolutely. The flat roof integrates seamlessly with Ziptrak blinds, shutters, and lighting, allowing for full enclosure and additional wind or sun protection.
In some cases council consent may be needed. We’ll help guide you through the process if required.
While roofing panels come in a limited range of neutral, modern tones, the frame can be colour-matched to complement your home exterior.
